Mariam is happiest with a mountain under her boots and a beautiful smile she can't quite hide.
Well, hiding it would be a crime against humanity, so she doesn't try to do it.

Rock, trail, road, or slope; climbing, hiking, running, cycling, skiing, it doesn't matter, she'll find the joy in it. No pressure, no challenge, a natural state and peace of mind in extremes.
She's convinced life tastes best when shared: good food, contagious laughter, real conversations with strangers who become friends by dessert, and the occasional games, which she plays to win, because she always does.

Above all, by her own admission, Mariam is hopelessly in love with the mountains and nature. Which probably explains her dubious decision to join a team of crazy people at 3000+m a.s.l., and why everyone who meets her at Altihut instantly feels at home.
