Without any external funding, we transported and installed passive and active antennas at over 3,000+ m a.s.l., extending GSM coverage deep into the highlands and significantly improving safety for hikers, climbers, and adventurers en route to Mount Kazbeg’s 5,054 meter summit.

To this day, the active antenna is powered entirely by Altihut’s own Solar electricity supply, keeping the signal strong, the mountains safer, and peace of mind alive at high altitude. Because here, connection isn’t just about sharing the view. It’s about saving lives and staying safe.

This was too simple to organize, but was not easy at all, but is our DNA and responsibility, good to be the Altihut Team.
