Tako Nadibaidze

Tamar (Tako) climbed into the Altihut team with over 10 years of experience strengthening Georgia’s civil society and democratic institutions, skills usually reserved for parliaments and policy halls, that now happily applied at 3,014 meters ASL. Armed with a Master’s in Ethnic & Migration Studies from Linköping University in Sweden, she knows how to navigate diversity, governance, and communities with both brains and heart. She blends high-level expertise with a warm personality and a soft spot for every dog she meets on the trail. 
At Altihut, Tamar proves that strong institutions and wagging tails make mountain life brighter. And if you’re lucky enough to meet Tako at this altitude, you’ll find not only a loyal companion but also a yoga guide ready to help you stretch, breathe, and balance with the mountains themselves.
